In this module you will learn about the long-term consequences of TBI. You will learn about the impact that TBI has on an individual’s health, finances, housing, productivity, relationships, and more.

Objectives

  1. Recognize the key quality of life areas impacted by TBI.
  2. Identify what problems a person with TBI might face within each area of quality of life.
  3. Learn what issues persons with TBI face when attempting to obtain resources they may need to optimize their quality of life.

Online Module

When completing the on-line module you will be presented with learning objectives, a background section that provides the foundation for the topic, and several lessons on sub topics with interactivity to engage you along the way. Tactile learners, in particular, may enjoy the interactivity provided in the on-line modules. Once you complete the lessons, you will be presented with the Module Evaluation and then the Post Test (which requires a score of 80%), followed by the opportunity to print your Documentation of Successful Completion. Modules remain available for your future reference once you have completed them.
